PluginScout does one thing: it records the WordPress.org plugin directory every day and shows you what changed. The rankings are the directory's own rankings. The install, download and rating numbers are the directory's own numbers. What we add is the history and the daily comparison.

The site is built and run by FS Code, a WordPress plugin company. We built this because we wanted it ourselves: a place to see how plugins move in the directory over time, without opinions in the way.

Treated like every other plugin here: they appear in a ranking only where WordPress.org places them, and nothing on this site can push them up.
