Great plug-in! Expecting it to change breadcrumbs with category pages, too.
Definitely what I have been looking for and for a very long time. So, I thought I had finally found a solution to my plug-in issue called Event Calendar Pro and which does not allow you to replace more than 1 slug and keeps on having Evnet Calendar Pro on all breadcrumbs (does not make sense). As far as I know, your plug-in does not allow to change category pages' names in Breadcrumbs. Definitely one thing to include in next release!
