The only one that works!
I've tried ALL possible plugins to apply a coupon only to shipping fees, this is the only one that can apply one to dynamic shipping. Others can't manage (either simply said they cant after buying or can manage to code the calculations right). THANK YOU!

Just what I needed!
This plugin does only one thing and it does it perfectly! I was able to create a QR code (thanks Canva!) with the coupon embedded in the URL and visitors to our stall at the market were able to apply the coupon straight away. Thank you!

Works Perfect! URL variables for instant coupon application
This plugin is simple and fantastic. Even gives you the link query then all you have to do is add the slug of your coupon after the = symbol. Instant save of the coupon. It's great for sending out QR codes in email campaigns that don't require users/customers to add the coupon themselves. I will definitely be implementing this into more websites with stores.
