Useful and unobtrusive
I wish more plugin authors had herchen's keep-it-simple sense of software aesthetics. No notice boxes, zero config, does one thing and does it well. Thanks!

OK but online handles left side top level
Doesn't handle top admin menu or trimming submenus. It also doesn't remove dividers.
