not working, and don't refund my money
keep asking for admin pw and ftp account for the whole website but didn't solve the issue. reject to refund my money. very bad experience

Crashes
We've only got ~5k orders and this thing just doesn't handle it.

Terrible. Doesn't work.
This plugin said I maid $456,219 last month. This would be awesome!!! But it's very far from the truth. I have absolutely no idea how they calculated this. LOL

Doesnt show shipping country
Doesn't include the shipping country which is a definite requirement for a tax registered company selling globally so renders the plugin useless. And - as others have said, no refunds.

Does not calculate accurately
Calculates only orders from registered customers. And if some order fields are not filled in, it will not take this order into account. Big mess! And you can't get your money back.
