Great tool for store owners. Helps you sell more
Setup took a few minutes, went quite smoothly, and the AI actually reads your product pages and policies so it answers like someone who knows our store, not a generic bot. You can see what your customers have in their carts in real time and all your sales are linked to chats that led to them. You can later analyze that on reports to measure how much conversion the tool actually drives. When AI doesn't know something, it transfers the chat to a person (with context) - I was worried the customers would be kept in the loop by AI but it's handling handoffs really well. Highly recommend for ecommerce

Great app, good AI functionalities
I tried it a couple of times and liked it. But what really convinced me were the AI agents. They just do the job and are surprisingly easy to set up. I’ve recommended it already to some friends

easy setup and powerful AI
Really happy with Text. Setup took almost no time and was super simple. The custom skills are probably my favorite feature. Real-time visitor tracking is awesome too.

The first AI chatbot that actually worked for us
Tried a few AI tools for our site and this one actually gets it. Setup was so easy, it took me maybe 20 minutes. It reads our docs and answers like someone who understands our products, not a bot spitting out random help articles. Cut our support tickets roughly in half the first month. Great customer service tool
