Developer Support is Questionable
Is this a supported plugin? I submitted a question via the developer's ticketing system after purchasing the pro version and have yet to receive a response. I'm concerned about moving forward if the developer is no longer offering support or updates. It's exactly what I need and I hope that the developer see this review and eases my concerns. Thank you!

Is there support?
I am editing my rating. Support has been more active and helpful. The plugin seems to work well but has some bugs that I will report to them. Support is terrible. No clue how the product is because I can't get any questions answered.

Better than anything else I've tried
This plugin is just what I needed, it works right out of the box and yet very easy to customize. I'll definitely upgrade to pro, along with getting a few addons. Not bad at all!
