Non-destructive in the way that counts, and the originals are still there
Installed this shortly after release and it has already replaced what I was doing before. The editing model is the reason to use it. Adjustments are non-destructive and the original file is preserved rather than overwritten, which is the part the built-in media editor never got right. Exposure, colour and tone all render on the GPU in the browser, so the feedback is immediate instead of a round trip to the server and back. There is a preset system, which matters once you are editing more than a handful of images and want them to look like they belong together. It is new, so treat the version number honestly. Nothing has misbehaved for me so far.
