  • Good support

I make my own themes. This plugin is great. It does take patience to understand and get it working. But once you do, it's a great plugin. Compared to other similar products this is definitely the better choice for what it offers.

  • Excellent Support from Amelia Booking Plugin

I had an issue with my SMS notifications, and the support team at Amelia Booking Plugin was absolutely wonderful. They helped me from start to finish, patiently working through the problem with me until everything was resolved. Their communication was clear, professional, and genuinely helpful. I really appreciated that they didn’t just give me a quick answer and leave me to figure it out—they stayed with me throughout the process. Thank you, Amelia, for the excellent customer support! I highly recommend the Amelia Booking Plugin, not only for its features but also for the amazing support behind it. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  • Amelia event bookings

We started about 1 year ago with the Amelia booking plugin. We have faced a lot of issues but were all resolved by the excellent helpdesk. The backend layout does not have my preference. I can't get an overview. Customer info: some bits are in Financial, some in Customer and some in Events. Some customers i see in a event but don't show under Customers. But with all the little flaws it works pretty well for us. Only thing what is still not going very well are the automated notification thru a cronjob. But that also will be resolved in the end.

  • facing an issue since 2 months...-_-

If you buy a "pro lifetime" License, you have to be prepared for slow support, seems that Amelia's support team does not care about your problems once you have paid... I actually receive this type of message once per week: "My apologies for the delay in getting back to you on this. I'll take a look into ...., and I'll let you know as soon as possible what I find. Thank you for your patience." They are supposed to get to us within 24 hours, I wait for weeks... Dear Amelia's team, your plugin is nice but your support team is a pity.I am searching away another plugin for better support. In the meantime if you resolve my issue I would gladly change my rating.

  • Doesn't Support Multiple Employees Per Appointment

We've invested a lot of time and effort into configuring the Amelia Booking System for various WooCommerce clients, only to find that the system doesn't support Multiple Employees Per Appointment. Obviously many industries require a booking to have multiple employees to be assigned to it. For example, cleaners may assign 2 staff members if the booking is a large property. Or a Summer Holiday Workshop might assign multiple teachers if the booking has more than a set number of attendees. In the Amelia feature request queue, this has been one of the top ten requests for years, yet no action is being made to introduce the feature which is a real concern. So my review is simple, if your requirements are for a single person business, or a business that would never assign multiple employees to a booking Amelia is great. If not and there's any reason for multiple employees to be assigned to a single booking, then don't waste your time!
