Excellent customer service
I've been using the Astra theme for ages but only recently explored Templates. It's perhaps a bit overwhelming to the novice initially but it soon starts to make sense and more importantly, their customer services is excellent if you do have any questions. Really nice to see a good old fashioned human touch amongst the swish AI functionality.

Great Purchase and Customer Service
I purchased the Astra Pro and associated plugins/themes. I now use them for several websites and each is a bit different. The starter templates are excellent and when I cannot figure out how to make the changes due to the extensive customization options, their customer service always finds the answer within 24hrs., and usually within a a couple hours. Glad to have made the purchase. Best template and service I have ever used in 20 years of amateur website building.
