Excellent and very helpful support
We had a rather specific issue with GTIN values in our Google product feed because the values were stored in different WooCommerce/plugin fields for simple products and variations. RexTheme support took the time to investigate the issue directly in our setup, identified the different GTIN fields and configured the correct feed rule and attribute mapping for us. The solution now works correctly for both simple products and variations in our production Google feed. Communication was friendly, quick and very helpful throughout the process. Many thanks to Tamanna and the RexTheme support team for the excellent support!

A great plugin with great support
Exteremly clunky and tons and tons of issues that seem to get worse with every update. This plugin is unreliable for large store to say the least. The main issues I’ve run into are: Feed import/export does not preserve all settings Feeds get stuck processing and never finish Category filters include products that should not be in the feed “Clear Batch” does not actually clear the stuck processing Scheduled job cleanup does not fix the problem Cron jobs can start additional feeds while another feed is still stuck Feed logs show incorrect batch numbers and broken processing state Support/troubleshooting has not resolved the underlying problems. For a paid feed plugin, I expected the basic functions—filtering, saving settings, generating feeds, and scheduled updates—to be much more reliable.

Works well and with responsive support
We've been using the pro version of this plugin on our site for several years. It does a really good job and is easy to set up. Also where I have needed help from support the response has been quick and very helpful.
