Let me start with saying that I really love the design and feel of the plugin itself, it's better, more intuitive and nicer looking than any other comparable plugins on the market. The issue is that the BookticsPro version that I have purchased is not in a state where you can fully utilize it for your booking process. The Paypal connection is not working and the translations via loco translate do not filter all the phrases and words so if you want to translate the plugin content into another language, there is a mix of 2 languages and it does not look trustworthy for a potential customer. But I could live with that if I was told when this would be fixed. Unfortunately the support has not replied for several weeks now. My booking website has been in maintenance mode for weeks as I cannot obtain any response from the support team. I did not get back my money either. This is such a pity because the plugin is really amazing. It's just not working...

Promising plugin with a responsive development team
Update: The Booktics team responded quickly, apologised for the incorrect information and updated the listing to clarify that WooCommerce integration is still in development. They also confirmed it is part of their current sprint. I appreciate how professionally they handled the feedback, so I’ve updated my rating accordingly. I’ll revisit the rating again once the WooCommerce integration is live and I’ve had a chance to test it. ---------------------- I installed Booktics because the WordPress.org plugin description specifically lists WooCommerce integration, including access to additional payment gateways, tax management, invoicing and order tracking. Unfortunately, after installing and configuring the plugin, WooCommerce is shown inside the payment settings as “Upcoming” and cannot actually be enabled. That is a fairly important distinction, especially if someone installs the plugin specifically because they need to use an existing WooCommerce payment gateway. The plugin itself looks promising and the interface is clean, but the current listing should be updated to make it clear that WooCommerce integration is not available yet. Once that feature is actually released, I’d be happy to reassess it.

Easy booking, great customer service!
Pretty easy to install and set up after a few minutes of fiddling around with it. I had a question about setup and contacted support and they got back to me within a couple of hours whereas with other plugins I'm still waiting days later for help! Can't wait to get WooCommerce integration

This company cannot be recommended
Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company. It has been more than two months since I opened my account (May 6th), yet they have still been unable to resolve the issue preventing customers from making payments through my website. Since my last request to resolve this issue on June 29, more than two weeks have passed. During that time, I have received no meaningful updates—only a single email thanking me for my patience (July 9th). I also find their two-week refund policy unreasonable. In my opinion, that is simply not enough time to properly evaluate the quality of their service, especially when critical issues remain unresolved for months. Please be cautious before choosing this company. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend doing business with them.

Great booking plugin as compared to other plugins
Plugin is really great even in the free version it provides all the features of a premium plugin, and support is very active resolving queries. The UI for admins and user are very smooth and nice, very easy to use.Great Plugin to have a booking module on the website. Highly Recommended.

The easiest-to-use booking app.
This is truly one of the most beautiful and user-friendly applications I've ever seen. The support team is excellent and friendly; they helped me with any issues I encountered while using the software. Definitely worth a try.
