No answer for a week, cannot use plugin
I purchased the pro version of the plugin because the features looked great. Unfortunately I was unable to test it because the admin dashboard did not save my settings. I sent them one email regarding it, sent them another one a few days later, no response. I cannot even login to my account page on their site because their lost password link does not work. I am disappointed. I Paid 99 usd for the plugin, I expect more support, basically I lost 99 usd at this point.

Great plug-in
Had some issues activating the plug-in, but support was there to assist me. Great extension to every webshop. A must have for higher AOV and conversion.

5 star plugin for years! - UPDATE 2026
UPDATE 25.03.2026: I’ve been using this plugin for several years now, and I’m truly impressed by how actively and reliably it continues to be maintained. The developer is constantly working to keep the plugin up to date, most recently even making adjustments to align with the latest WooCommerce API for the shopping cart. That’s anything but a given these days. I’d especially like to highlight the support: Inquiries and issues are addressed quickly, and solutions are implemented promptly. It’s clear that there’s a genuine commitment to keeping the plugin stable and compatible in the long term. For our purposes, the plugin continues to cover everything we need and the entire package is even available for free at this level of functionality. That’s truly remarkable.
