Good plugin, but I wished the customer could reply to the SMS to have a better communication with him :-)

A useful solution to recover abandoned carts. Plugin works great, with no issues.

Very easy to use
We are very satisfied with the plugin, as it successfully picked up completed purchases from customers who abandoned the cart. Also, the cost of sending messages is relatively low. The plugin is easy to install and easy to use.
