Excellent plugin and outstanding support.
Excellent plugin and outstanding support. I am using CatFolders to manage a large digital archive of musical scores and historical musical instruments on my WordPress website. The plugin has helped me organize hundreds of PDF files and images in a clear and efficient way. What impressed me the most was the support team. I had a very specific requirement involving custom PHP code and CatFolders folder assignments. Mia and her colleagues took the time to understand the project, provided detailed technical guidance, and even supplied the database query needed to complete the integration successfully. Thanks to their help, I was able to create automatic catalogs of both musical scores and instruments, directly linked to CatFolders folders and WordPress pages. CatFolders finally brings structure to the WordPress media library.
Files and images can be organized into folders, making it much faster to find and manage content—especially valuable when working with large media libraries. The interface is intuitive and integrates seamlessly into the familiar WordPress environment, so there’s no steep learning curve and you can start working efficiently right away. Support is also excellent: fast, knowledgeable, and solution-oriented, with quick and reliable responses. Overall, a real added value for any WordPress site that needs better organization, clarity, and time savings in media management. Highly recommended.

An Easy and Elegant Way to Manage Images
CatFolders enables finding images in the media library much easier. Trying to find images is otherwise tedious and difficult. Support is quick and helpful. Richard Harding

Super useful plugin(s) and excellent support
I've been using CatFolders on my site now for about 3 months and it's made my pages and media so much easier to manage! I'm also using their Document Library plugin and it's allowed me to make a neat, easy to manage document library for my community group. Even more importantly, when I was seeing some errors in my debug log, CatFolders responded quickly to my concern and were able to login and repair the problem right away. Thanks so much for the great service!

Bad UX with Poor Support
Intrusive "Upgrade to Pro" ad that blocks part of my Media Library and contains distracting animations. I raised this issue and was directed to another contact that was barely responsive, not helpful, and a waste of my time to undertake.
