Great plugin, great support

An amazing plugin that works beautifully
I have this plugin installed on two client sites. They wanted something similar to the Shopify checkout experience and CheckoutWC was the perfect choice. Set up was incredibly easy and there are so many great features! We recently had an issue with the Venmo express checkout button. It had nothing to do with the plugin, but was caused by an error on PayPal’s end. Still, the support team was responsive, proactive, and all-around fantastic in trying to help me find the source of the problem. Solid plugins with great support are becoming a rare thing and it was refreshing to interact with an intelligent, caring human. Buy this plugin so these guys can keep doing amazing things!

Support Beyond Expectation
Having recently switched to this plugin, an issue arose which was peculiar and difficult to pin down with third party plugin compatibility being considered. The third party plugin support was non-existent, but CheckoutWC went beyond their remit to stage and diagnose with prompt responses. Ultimately, it was core WooCommerce that was at fault - but we couldn't have gotten to the bottom of it without the top class support.

The plugin is great, the support is fantastic!
I've been using the paid version of this plugin on a handful of my client sites, and it's really top-notch, a real premium experience. There have been occasions where a theme update has broken things in CheckoutWC, and every time I contact support, they have been wonderful. They've worked with me to diagnose and fix the issue, and when they find a bug on their end, they've provided a temporary fix and rolled it out in the next release. 10/10!
