Great integration
I have to say, I was skeptical of Chipbot but it's a great way to add a "live chat" type widget to your site without actually having a live chat operator. Plus, great data to use to make educated content decisions.

Great Plugin - Easy Install
This was a snap to install and get running within a few minutes. I plan to use this on many of my Wordpress sites going forward. Provides a convenient way for customers to interact and chat without having to be available 24/7. The customizations for the free version or great. You can even position where you want the icon to be located by pixels. There is even a rules section to disable the bot or enable the bot to open on a per page view.

My favorite plug-in
This was super easy to install and it started working/collecting data instantly. For someone like me who doesn't have a lot of free time to redesign and optimize my website... ChipBot let me add content that my users were looking for and triggers to test out new call-to-actions.
