I use a Malaysia company to go through KYC, it took 3 weeks and rejected, and no customer service people answer my questions

  • It's so bad, doesn't change payment to completed after it's paid

It's so bad, doesn't change payment to completed after it's paid. There should be option to choose of default behaviour. It's changing to "processing" for some reason instead of "paid" after crypto has been recevied and you have to check it manually and mark order as completed. What a waste of time, there are other providers that are better.

  • Not useful at all

this plugin is not useful at all. why? 1 - you have to register on coinbase website.(They keep your money and use it for their own profit for at least 24 hours. ) 2 - payments not deposit directly to your preferred wallet. 3 - you have to pay unwanted transactions fees. 4 - the plugin is so slow and make your site ill. 5 - you cant customize this plugin according to your necessity at all.

  • END OF LIFE: stop using this plugin?

Coinbase is a Crypto Industry leader but not leading with an up-to-date WordPress plugin for crypto payments. The WordPress Plugin repository states: This plugin has not been tested with the last 3 major versions of WordPress. It may no longer be maintained or supported. Compatibility issues can also arise when used with more recent versions of WordPress. Too bad: we wait for a little while but else have to start using another plugin for our webshop clients. To developer team: please inform us if this plugin is end of life or active maintained?
