  • Colibri is an Awesome plugin but their Tech Support is even better

    I have been using Colibri (pro version) on several sites for the past few years with absolutely no problems. Until last week when I disabled a totally unrelated plugin (apparently unrelated, that is). My site lost all the Colibri Page Builder Pro features!!! I contacted the Colibri Help Desk and they were very responsive, were able to determine what had gone wrong, and fixed it. I am completely happy with Colibri and recommend them to anyone who wants the tools to create a functionally beautiful site!

  • Switched from Free to Pro version

    Thanks to the Support Team, I'm now a paid PRO subscriber (although I think maybe I'm not yet up to the level to call myself PRO…). My subscription is directly due to the great support experience I've received to date (very responsive, and good details), plus the Colibri page builder experience I've had so far. Beautiful design themes and customizations. The tutorials have been helpful as well!

  • Great Page Builder...Better Support!

    I've used Coilibri several times instead of Elementor and WPBakery. The pre-built layouts are really cool and everything is easy to edit with some practice...like any of them. Everytime I have an issue, I email support and Bogdan Crisan (Support Dude) answers very quickly. It's the support alone that makes the choice easy for me compared to the competition.

    I have been using Colibri for a few years, and really love the interface - beautiful drag & drop modules that are easily customized and easy to work within. i recently had to reach out to their support team with a question i was having, and they answered it within minutes - unbelievable. i'll continue to build a lot more with Colibri and would recommend that you do too!

  • Excellent response time

    I switched from another Theme and page builder about five years ago. I have a massive dedicated server and with the other theme and page builder the code crashed the resources over and over again. The managed support team discovered the problem and I then selected Colibri for all 18 of my wesites. I personally like it much more than Block editor. There are two items I appreciate with Colibri. One is the ease of design. The second is the very impressive response time for support. I have been using Wordpress for over 15 years and one of the alarming things to be cautious of is the lack of response time. Colibri's response time is impressive. Next, when there is an issue, the help to point out where the problem may be. They do not just say " it's someone elses plugin causing the issue" and then goodbye. They do not get "into" the functionality of other plugins but they do make trouble shooting suggestion in a kind and professional manner. I recommend that designers of dynamic web sites load in query monitor and to become familiar with how to read error logs too.. I give Colibri two set of five stars. Thank you Colibri.

    Love this plugin... I've built multiple sites with it and I really feel like it's bringing out my best possible work. They have great customer service too, I had an issue after a hosting swap and the Colibri team assisted multiple times until we found the issue and solution. Much appreciated!
