Professional, fast support
We were having an issue with the Custom Order Numbers plugin suddenly skipping order numbers. It had been working flawlessly for a couple of years. Reached out to support and they replied same-day. Investigated the site, made some suggestions. (It appears to have been a conflict with the "Disable Cart Fragments" plugin.) They continued to follow up and so far everything seems to be working as expected. Great plugin and excellent customer support. Thank you!

Terrible support and plugin
Change your order numbers and say goodbye to order tracking.I've been reporting the error for two months and constantly giving me the runaround without solving the problem.It's incredible that it breaks the main functionality of order numbers.Not recommended.

Great plugin, great support
In use since 2 years. The plugin uses meta data (keys like “alg_wc_custom_order_number”) in every order to enable custom order numbers. In this way it works with the rest of the software.

Great plugin & support
This plugin is great - it's simple does exactly what it's supposed to. We've been using it to better organize / track the large number of orders we deal with. We had a slight issue with the plugin which I reached out to support about - via a simple back-and-forth they helped troubleshoot the issue and ultimately delivered a solution that dealt with the issue perfectly.
