Non-existing support - do not use this plugin
I used this plugin for about 4 years. Premium version. During that time i opened 2 tickets in the premium support section on the website. Both without any reply. So it is about time i write a review here. While the first support question was not really relevant the second question was asked because the plugin stopped working and showed "invalid license. That was caused by the developer for some reason giving away the same license key a second time (we bought a lifetime license... - and found out about the second party due to error logs from our webhost). No reply - no reaction at all. no solution. Plugin broken until today. This is unacceptable - and therefor i can only warn everyone not to use this plugin. And if you look at other reviews this seems to be common - no support at all. Do not use or buy this plugin!

Bestes Plugin für Datenschutz
Die Pro Version lohnt sich. Ich bin sehr zufrieden.

Keine deutschen Sprachdateien enthalten in der Pro Version!
Ich habe 2x die Pro Version für 2 unterschiedliche Webseiten gekauft und warte nun bereits seit 22.November 2025 auf die Lösung eines Problems. Mir werden nur Englische Texte im Frontend angezeigt, jedoch keine Deutschen. So kann ich das Plugin in AT nicht nutzen. Eine Lösung vom Support war mir die Deutschen Sprachdateien zu senden (letzte Email vom Support 22.11.25). Seitdem leider keine Rückmeldung mehr, trotz mehrmaliger nachweislicher Emails an den Support. Die letzte URGENZ war am 23.Februar 2026. Eventuell liest der Zuständige ja hier mal mit! Es ist sehr ärgerlich wenn sich keiner mehr meldet! immerhin wurde ja für eine Leistung bezahlt. Sollte es zu keiner Lösung kommen muss ich den Kauf Rückabwickeln, da mir das Plugin so halt nichts bringt. Besten Dank!

Support?
Letztes Update 7 Monate her. Es gibt Stabilitätsprobleme beim Up- und Downgrade auf Pro und auf ohne Pro. Leider sind dann die erfassten Daten nicht mehr verfügbar, es wird klein Impressum mehr generiert. Die Generierung der Datenschutzerklärung war dann auch fehlerhaft. Die Pro-Version biete Premium-Support, aber auf die Tickets reagiert niemand. Es stellt sich damit die Frage, wie sicher man damit unterwegs ist, wenn bei einem schweren Bug nichts passiert. Die Tickets vom Support werden erst einmal als Basic eingestuft, bei White-Screen ungünstig. Ein Ticket ist 3 Wochen alt, ein anderes 2 Monate (Lizenz). Letzteres wurde aber auf wundersame Weise nach einigen Tagen gelöst. Ich bin weg vom Plugin und ich rate ab, es zu nutzen!

Geld überwiesen aber kein Produkt erhalten
Ein Gutes Plugin Manchmal brauch er etwas Zeit um emails zu beantworten. Verbesserung wäre eben noch PayPal anstatt Banküberweisung
