Abandoned? No Pro Plugin, No Pro Support
I installed the free version of this plugin and it worked sufficiently, but was very limited, so I decided to buy the pro version. I paid for it, and then.... nothing. I didn't receive an email with a login or code or download link. There's nothing in the "My Account" page on their site that lists downloads or purchases. I checked my PayPal account to make sure that the purchase went through, and it did. So, I opened a ticket on their support page, thinking that maybe the email didn't send or was blocked. After a full week of waiting, there has been no response. The free version still works just fine... but the Pro version currently appears to be a scam.

Nice Wordpress Review Plugin
I purchased this plugin a few days ago, and it's really awesome. I just needed a feature to add reviews to my regular articles. After requesting it, I saw that the developer had already added it. Great support! Thanks, and I'm waiting for the update.

I really liked using this plugin, it helps a lot build my website. I'm looking forward to having the reply function and the ability to display ratings on the blog posting page in future updates. These improvements would make the plugin even better.

UPDATED: Refund received.
UPDATE: I received a refund from the company, and they have removed the advertised money-back guarantee. I tested the free version, but not all features and templates were available. I asked support to clarify questions about the features, but they did not reply to my inquiries. But, since they advertise a no-questions-asked money-back guarantee, I decided to try the PRO version. Unfortunately, the PRO version did not work for us (but may work for others). Note that the review data will reset (and delete) if you make any changes to the review. Having to sometimes make small edits to our reviews makes this plugin unusable for us.So, I asked for my money back. And then I heard back from their customer support! Suddenly, they had many questions and sent me a link to terms that clearly conflicted with the advertised money-back guarantee. When I demanded they honor the guarantee, they stopped responding. After posting this review, I did hear back and got my money back, and eventually, the money-back guarantee was removed from the site. I recommend trying to contact their customer service. We never received a reply (we have screenshots of our attempts despite the company saying otherwise below) and only pay for the PRO version if you hear back from their support.

Nice plugin, but limited and worst support
The plugin looked promising, but it's sorely lacking in functionality. You have to configure each note for each product, which is impossible to manage even for a medium-sized site. It has no shortcode customization or functions for using the data elsewhere than with the shortcode. The reason I rated it 3/5 is that even with the pro version of the plugin, I'm still waiting for an answer from support on the question I asked 3 days ago. It's very disappointing…
