Good support & Great plugin
Support is top notch, they always solve all my question and are happy to help, they even got me special discounts for me, something much appreciated. The plugin itself works great, I love the customization and easiness of use, its great to really stand out and make the emails (massively important for an ecommerce) stand out and be completely custom to match your own website style, a must have. It also has some other extensions apart from the main functions that are really useful as well but those you have to pay separately and they can get a bit pricey. Other than that is a great product and highly recomended =)
