serious and immediate assistance
I recently experienced an issue with an automatic subscription renewal that I had not intended to continue. After contacting the support team and explaining my situation, they carefully reviewed my request and kindly approved a full refund. I truly appreciate their professionalism, understanding, and customer-focused approach. Even though they have a clear refund policy, they took the time to evaluate my case fairly and reached a positive resolution. This experience has given me great confidence in their customer support. I highly recommend their service, not only for the quality of the product but also for the excellent assistance they provide when customers need help. Thank you again to the entire support team!

Florence's Support for Embedpress
Hello,Florence provided excellent and timely service with a variety of questions I had regarding EmbedPress. I'm new to the tool and she diligently dug in and was very patient with my questions. I wish more customer service reps were more like Florence. My only suggestion for your support team in general is it would be nice if support could acknowledge that they received the question. When using the support system the last few days, I had to ask if anyone was there after my initial question. Thank you, and great job, Florence!

Customer service
EmbedPress works perfectly and is easy to use. I'm writing this because of the customer support. I use the free version, so I didn't expect much: but when I asked a question, I got quick, polite answers, and when they accelerated my question to the development team, they continued to follow up. They fixed the issue, and got back to me with the results. Absaolutely amazing for the free tier!
