Nie je v súlade s SK legislatívou
Tento plugin nie je v súlade so Slovenskou legislatívou. Tá jesne hovorí, že tlačítka musia byť charakterovo rovnaké. Musia mať rovnakú veľkosť, keď tak musia byť rovnako podsvietené. Súhlas musí byť trvale a jasne vyhľadateľný, zrozumiteľný kdekoľvek sa nachádzate na stránke bez akéhokoľvek hľadania, kde sa nachádza. Súhlas musí obsahovať okrem oznámení o samotných cookies aj ich presný popis v jazyku slovenskom, spolu s údajmi, načo sa používa a aj na akú dlhú dobu sa ukladá. Súhlas musí ďalej obsahovať dátum, kedy ho konkrétny návštevník udelil. Výslovný súhlas musí obsahovať zároveň ID súhlasu. ID, je jedinenčný (kód) identifikačné číslo, podľa ktorého má návštevník preukázateľne zapísané a bezpečne uložené dáta s ktorými súhlasil. Dáta musíte byť schopný predložiť ako aj to, kde sa nachádzajú a ako sú zabezpečené. To je Status Quo súhlasu. Toto konkrétne spĺňa len málo nástrojov na svete. Kvôli reklame tu nebudem uvádzať konkrétne spoločnosti. Odporúčam najskôr naštudovať zákon, usmernenia a až následne implementovať nejaký nástroj. Veľmi dôležitá vec. V Slovenskom zákone sa jasne píše, že čo i len jedno nesplnenie jednej zákonnej požiadavky, je celý súhlas neplatný a teda sa vystavujete vysokej pokute, pokiaľ nebude splnené čo i len jedno ustanovenie. Na Slovensku, pri porušení zákona v súčasnosti platí minimálna pokuta vo výške, 1.630, eur.
