Poor support and failing functionality
I wanted a plugin that would use the block editor to the fullest. At the end of the day the blocks really just were shortcodes with a few things you could turn on or off, so I was stuck with a lot of manual updating of things. I was hoping for the ability to use a query loop or similar to really get a custom look and feel.That was just the beginning of the trouble.The extensions you seem to manually need to update, which is whatever, but I would rather be able to automate updates.Then, when we finally went live, we found that the Stripe plugin wasn't working right unless you were logged into the WordPress admin console. It would throw a 403 error otherwise.I had already submitted a ticket a day before without any clarity about what was going on with that, but now that I have a live and functional event that can't take payments, I have no confidence that I will get it resolved in a timely manner as I lose potential registrations every hour.

Great product, great support!
It took me a while to get used to this plugin's nuances, but with help from the online forum and EventPrime support staff, I'm now flying. This has completely revolutionised the way we promote and manage our events. Thanks to the team!

A very useful appointment scheduling plugin. Customizable.
I purchased the premium version and can use all the additional features. Support is very good, albeit with a slight delay. The plugin is highly customizable and is likely very well suited for my needs in the long term. I will report on how it performs in the long term. The developer will surely implement many more improvements.
