NOTE: Used for Brands (suppliers) not Retailers
At first I thought this plugin was for retailers to pull data in from Faire into their e-commerce store. That's what would make sense to me. I wrote my review original based on that incorrect assumption. However, it's for Brands (suppliers on Faire) to integrate with their WooCommerce store. Different function. So I can't comment on whether this plugin work well or not. As I apparently can't delete a review once submitted, I am leaving this here instead, along with three star rating (since that's about what the current rating average is, so it won't skew the rating one way or the other).

Poor quality
Very low quality plugin, causing very serious issues, does not sync well, support threads not answered. Avoid, avoid.

A real time and work saver!
This plugin has saved us gobs of time and work! We use WooCommerce to manage our own wholesale site orders and, after joining Faire, needed a plugin to sync Faire orders with Woo as well. We didn't want to leave WP/Woo or begin using another eCommerce solution to manage Faire orders and transactions. This plug in was the perfect solution! Have been using it for about a year with few hiccups, but support was responsive when needed and, on one occasion, was on the phone with us for over an hour to resolve the issue! Highly recommend it to WordPress/Woo and Faire users.

Not working at all
I've tried this plugin a few times and the sync always failed. Also tried to reach out their support for some help. Unfortunately, no one would response and I have to say very poor support in my experience.
