Flexible Shipping rate calculation

I recently had a strange problem with my flexible shipping rate plugin. The calculation was not being done to the nearest .01 mile. It turns out that it was a problem with the way I specified the parameters in the settings area. Piotrek Bodera was able to work with me and the developer to sort out what was going on so now all is good to go! Piotrek was prompt in the communications were very clear about the solution and how to fix the problem. Terrific support!!!!!

Piotrek support has been consistently excellent over months

We started with Octolize many months ago and there have been many issues and things that needed to be understood properly. Piotrek has been patiently helpful and proactive through this which enabled us to go live with the full suite of Octolize functionality about a month ago.

The support is also truly wonderful!

The features are excellent, of course, and the support is also truly wonderful! I’m very satisfied with the functionality, and I also really appreciate how flexibly they handled the contract process. They kindly issued a refund for an account where I had missed the contract renewal notice, which I think is very important for users.Thank you for your sincere support.
