FV has been capturing a lot of intel for me, but I have a suggestion.
The subject says it all. I am concerned with the exports as CSV option - I would like it to somehow "escape" commas found within log fields so as not to trip up the spreadsheet program I am using to analyze the data.

Nice plugin
Very nice. It would be nice to have short code so every authorized member with different roles can view it.

Annoying prompt keeps asking for a review
So guess what. I'll go ahead and give you a review. Stop blatantly asking your customers to provide a review without a way to exit from the prompt. I press the close button and it keeps popping up on every page. Bad business!

I had a problem on my site that wasn't making the plugin work, I asked Form vibes support for help and they fixed everything quickly, the plugin now works great I can only recommend it!
