Excellent support from Hasti & Shreya: multisite issue fixed same day
We use GSheetConnector for Elementor Forms on a WordPress Multisite network. When the plugin was activated on just one subsite, the "Google Sheet" menu never appeared under Elementor, and there was no error or notice. Network-activating the plugin instead caused a fatal error that took down every site on the network. We traced both problems to the plugin's activation check. The per-site check read the wrong variable, so it never ran, and the multisite check only looked at network-activated plugins. Network activation also called a WordPress admin function before WordPress had loaded it. We sent the support team a detailed report with a suggested fix. Hasti Savaliya and Shreya Patel from the support team were excellent. They responded quickly, understood the technical details straight away, and the issue was fixed the same day. It's rare to get support this fast and this capable, and it made a real difference for us. The plugin itself does its job well: it sends Elementor form submissions straight to Google Sheets. Highly recommended, both for the plugin and for the support behind it. Thank you, Hasti and Shreya!

Really dedicated support
I had some issues getting things connected, the chat support was A++ - they were patient with each of my issues, even patching the plugin and uploading a new version when my issues turned out to be bugs. Got everything done and fixed the same day. The plugin is now working great for my client!
