  • Watch out for their trials

    They are refusing to refund us $279 for software we are not using. Pretty frustrating. Having to dispute the transactions with PayPal and my bank. All they had to do was refund the money. Silly. The trials of their software are pretty sketchy. It's $1, but it automatically signs you up for the full payment 14 days later. Even reading the fine print is not clear.

    Honestly, hands-down the BEST support team I've ever interacted with. MWB's plugins work great, but if you ever have any issues their support staff is super responsive and helpful. I've recently completed a very heavy integration with Hubspot utilizing several MWB plugins and their support team was pivotal in getting it working, even though I'm using it in some customized ways. 5*s and two thumbs up for MWB and their support team. World-class!
