Great Plugin
Simple and great plugin it does exaclty what it says.They offer also nice support when i needed them when i run into a problem with my account.

Exhausted with customer support!
We’ve been using this plugin on a large WooCommerce store with high daily order volume and unfortunately the support experience has been extremely disappointing. The plugin itself has useful functionality and we built major promotional systems around it, but getting any meaningful customer service or technical assistance has been nearly impossible. Multiple support attempts have either gone unanswered, delayed heavily, or resulted in very limited actual troubleshooting help. For stores running serious promotions and relying on stable free gift functionality, support matters just as much as the plugin itself. When issues affect checkout, cart behavior, or customer experience, waiting days/weeks without proper communication is frustrating and risky for business operations. At this point we are actively considering replacing the plugin entirely, not because the idea behind it is bad, but because reliable support simply does not seem to exist when it’s actually needed. We genuinely hope the team improves communication and customer support because the plugin has potential, but right now the after-purchase experience has been very disappointing.

Easy basic plugin that works, great support
Had to get Sara help me with a setup error today, but it was fixed up in just a minute. I like this very simple plugin, as I like to set it up with just 1 gift when an order hits a certain dollar value. It's very clear and I don't get my customers calling with confusion or anything like that. Auto-adding the free gift would be preferred, but that's only in the Pro version which I'd rather not pay for. If customers can't read and see the option to add something for free, which happens almost daily, then I don't mind saving that money.
