Need to offer annual billing for upgrades
When will they start offering annual billing rather than monthly billing? All of the other vendors we deal with for our website, howardbirds.website offer annual billing, which makes our treasurer and board a lot happier! Bob Solem

Crisis Averted
Something went AWOL on my website today, so a little tweak threw all the page widths out of whack and I nearly freaked out because I couldn't track down the culprit. Then I took a deep breath opened Jetpack Vault Backup went back to earlier in the day when everything looked right and restored to that point ... and voila my site was as it should be. I'll be honest I didn't think the backup service was worth the cost and had only been trying it out for a month to month while I launched my new site and handled a few tweaks. But after the ease of restoring my beautiful site in minutes has made me see the value of it.

Jetpack breaks often causing my aawp plugin to 'fail to fetch' malfunction.

Restore Points are Invaluable
The ability to restore to automatically-created restore points is invaluable. Every time you hit the "save" or "publish" button, a restore point is created. This makes it easy to restore to a point, say, just before the last page you updated. This is much more flexible than just restoring a previous full backup. Highly recommended!
