Light, Simple, Fully Customizable
Lightweight and best speed & specs on wphive.com as far as I could tell. I'm very happy with free version, but will upgrade eventually to very cost-effective, affordable Pro version.

Lighweight is key for a wordpress plugin and this one is awesome, fast and pro : you can add any field to turn on off all the cookies you collect, thanks to the dev great job

Perfect lightweigt solution with a lot of customizing options
Since a while I was facing caching issues in combination with wp-optimize caused by my other cookie notice plugin on all my websites which couldn't be fixed although I tried a lot of things. I am so glad that I switched now to Lightweight Cookie Notice which has not only solved the issue. It is also very clean and truely lightweight and has a lot of customizing options. Thank you so much for creating and updating this plugin.

Working fine
This plugin working fine. It's fully customizable. You can modify almost ewerything. But missing "Custom CSS". You have to add custom CSS to yours stylesheet, but its nothing bad.
