Plugin not Compatible with WordPress Updates - Seller not responding to emails
My client has been trying to contact Channelize support for a few weeks but they won't answer their emails. We have a paid subscription with Channeleize and can't use the plugin because of critical errors reported. Plugin now not compatible with latest version of WordPress or WooCommerce, terrible support for paying customers. We have paid for a service that has had to be removed from the website.

Great platform and wonderful support!
I have been searching for a live selling platform for months— ever since Facebook took away their live shopping capability in October. I am so incredibly happy with channelize so far! (I tried other platforms first and hated all of the extra work they created for me). Channelize worked out of the box, integrates with my website, is so simple to use and is a very slick user experience for my customers. Plus the support team is top notch and they are very responsive to feature requests. I should have gone with my gut and signed up with them months ago, but now that I am finally here, I am very very happy!
