Not Working with GoDady Hosting
Using GO_Dady Hosting. And Hosting Provide 2 Must Use Plugin. I can't deactivate them With that Plugin.

Did what I needed it to, without fuss
Migrated a site, but didn't have shell access to remove a must-use plugin that wasn't relevant any more. This was able to deactivate it. 🙂
