  • Absolutely Horrible Plugin - Constant Bugs

This plugin started off great but it suddenly stops working even with no plugin update, no update of Wordpress or Woocommerce and no update of any other plugins or themes causing conflicts. Suddenly, payment methods that were working before stop working unexpectedly and with no warning until a bunch of potential customers contact you because they had issue at checkout. After updating my plugin last night, previously Square, Stripe, Paypal were connected via an OAUTH consent, after updating the plugin, they are connected by explicity entering app ID and secret tokens. There was no notice of that so my payment methods were simply disconnected until I entered the correct keys. Other times, certain payment methods just stopped working. Anything that opens a third party payment screen such as After Pay, Klarna, Cashapp, PayPal, etc (basically everything except for credit card) sometimes collects payment but fails to send webhook status update back to the site showing that the order has been paid, leaving the order in a status of "Pending payment" that never finalizes. This plugin has been nothing but a headache and has caused tens of thousands of dollars in lost sales. Which is a shame because it was promising having all of the payment options in one plugin with a nice UI.

  • Zero help. Avoid.

When something seems "too good to be true"... it usually is. I just needed the authorize.net portion. Setup was a breeze. It connected right to my authorize.net account. After setting up (which was easy); nothing would show at checkout. I checked forums, asked AI, read the documentation... nothing. I reached out to support asking simple questions. Their response was to send my "registered merchant name". I have no clue what that even is. Thought it was my business name? My authorize.net name? Website name? I gave it to them. 24-hours later they responding they couldn't confirm my "registered merchant name". Maybe the other plugins work but the authorize.net portion does not work at all. If you are brave and install it; be sure to go back to your authorize.net account and revoke their access.

  • Scam

We were surprised to receive a $99 subscription renewal with no warning. No way to cancel. No response from Peachpay to our numerous requests. In 10 years on the web, we've never had this problem. We are going to file a complaint with the European authorities. We stopped using this plugin 6 months ago because of the extra costs and broken promises.

  • Great plugin (premium version), introduction of fees means uninstalling.

The premium version is great, well made and functional. But, the introduction of fees for premium users (0.79% of transaction value) on top of the monthly subscription charge makes it expensive and uncompetitive compared to other premium plugins. Will uninstall and move to cartflows once this paid month is over. I would recommend removing this fee, or at least reducing it and providing an option within the plugin to have fees charged to the seller and not the buyer. Most customers don't like to see 'hidden' charges at checkout.

  • Easy and Effective

I was looking for an easy to implement solution for quick checkout and PeachPay fits the bill. It was very easy to implement in my WooCommerce store and my customers love how easy it is to check out compared to other checkout plugins. The customer support is also very helpful, they went above and beyond to help me with a problem when I needed help and gets me back to business. I highly recommend this plugin if you're looking for an express checkout plug-in or a way to simplify your checkout process for your WooCommerce store.

  • Polished Plug-in with exceptional support

This plug-in works very well and it provides an exceptional value to my site and its checkout processes. The interface is simple and clear. The frontend results are polished and very classy looking. The team over at Peachpay went out of their way to help with 2 hiccups along the way. Highly recommend this plug-in and the service behind it. Great value.
