Fast, Reliable, and Excellent Support
We made the decision to switch to Payment Plugins for PayPal WooCommerce after an extremely frustrating experience with another PayPal/WooCommerce plugin following a major upgrade. The previous plugin had worked well for us for a long time, but after the upgrade we experienced serious payment problems. Customers were unable to complete transactions, payments were repeatedly failing, and we spent an enormous amount of time troubleshooting, testing settings, examining logs, and communicating with support. The problems had a real impact on our business and our revenue. Eventually, we decided that enough was enough and installed Payment Plugins for PayPal WooCommerce. What a difference. The plugin was smooth, fast, and straightforward to configure. The payment experience is excellent, and PayPal payments work exactly as they should. We were particularly impressed with the responsiveness and technical knowledge of the Payment Plugins support team. During our testing, we encountered a specific issue with express payments for digital products. Rather than simply telling us that it couldn't be done, their team investigated how another plugin was handling the situation, discussed it with their developers, and then actually developed a new feature to address it. They provided us with a pre-release version to test, listened to our feedback, and released the feature officially shortly afterwards. That is exceptional customer support. We have now moved the plugin onto our production site and are extremely happy with the result. After the problems we experienced previously, it is a huge relief to have a PayPal/WooCommerce integration that is fast, reliable, and supported by people who genuinely seem to care about their product and their customers. Switching to Payment Plugins was one of the best decisions we made. Highly recommended — 5 stars without hesitation.

Best WooCommerce plugin for PayPal
I have tested several PayPal plugins for WooCommerce, including the official one, and this is by far the best I have tried. We have been using it for more than a year without any issues. The support team is also very responsive. We recently had an issue with the list of carriers available for our country, and within just a few days, they were able to push a new feature to production that will benefit all users by allowing them to select the destination country and get an updated list of available couriers. Excellent plugin and excellent support. Highly recommended.

A great alternative to a troublesome plugin
I'd been using another PayPal plugin for many years and recently learned that it's causing all sorts of ajax-related issues. This plugin appears to be working beautifully, with no issues. Communication via the support forum has also been great.

I installed this plug-in a few days ago. The other PayPal plug-in for Woocommerce by PayPal was failing a few transactions. I put it down to the people using it. Then one man tried twice to pay and both transactions failed. I realised the plug-in by PayPal had something wrong with it. In the last few months, this plug-in had a brand new interface. The support forum had problems reported. So I installed this plug-in. As soon as I switched it over, the man who previously tried and failed twice to pay, made a new transaction and it worked. Since then lots of people have made transactions using this plug-in and they work. This shows that it is important to have a diversity of payment processing plug-ins written by different people. When one goes wrong, it is vital to have the choice of installing another one. I can't thank the author of this plug-in enough.
