Great plugin with excellent support
Rapls AI Chatbot is a great plugin with a lot of possibilities. You can create an AI chatbot for your WordPress website, customize how it responds, use your own API connection, capture leads, track conversions and use features such as response caching and reCAPTCHA. What really stands out to me is the support. I encountered a few technical issues and received a very quick and detailed response. The developer investigated the problems, found the causes and released updates with fixes very quickly. After updating, everything worked perfectly. It’s great to see a developer who actively listens to users and takes bug reports seriously. Excellent plugin and even better support. Highly recommended!

Great Support and Works Great
We're mid-rebuild on a nonprofit disability-services site and picked Rapls specifically because it's free, self-hosted, and lets us bring our own API key instead of paying a markup — that part delivered exactly as advertised. What actually sold us on it, though, was the support. We hit a handful of real edge-case bugs while setting up Vector Search and the Pro add-on — one where raw SEO plugin metadata was leaking into the chatbot's answers, and another where reference cards would show the wrong page even when the AI's actual answer was correct. Reported both directly on the support forum, and got a genuine, technical, same-day response each time — not a canned reply. One bug was fixed and shipped within hours of reporting it (1.19.3), with a clear writeup of the actual root cause. The other, he diagnosed precisely, explained exactly why none of our settings changes could work around it, and is already working on a fix. That's the kind of hands-on attention you just don't get from bigger plugins with thousands of installs and a support queue. You can tell one person is actually reading every report and cares about getting it right. The core plugin itself is solid too — hybrid keyword + vector search, a real knowledge base, clean WordPress integration, and it genuinely does answer from your own site content instead of hallucinating. Rough edges are still being found and fixed as the plugin matures, but that's expected for something this new, and it's being actively maintained, not abandoned. Recommended if you want an AI chatbot that's actually yours (your API key, your data, your server) and a developer who's still personally invested in making it right.

実運用でも問題なく、使いやすいプラグイン
導入してしばらく経ちますが、今のところサイト訪問者（お客様）からの苦情等はなく、問題なくスムーズに稼働しています。万が一AIの回答が間違っていた場合でも、後から「ナレッジ設定」を追加することで次回以降の回答を修正できるため、実運用上も不都合を感じていません。手軽に導入できてしっかりと管理ができる、実用的な良いプラグインだと思います。

自社サイトにチャットボットが欲しいと考えていました。有料版にする前に無料版で使い勝手を試せるのが良い。もちろん無料で使い続けることもできるので、しばらくチャットボットを育ててみます。日本語で分かりやすい説明と動画があるのも安心でした。

Everything you'll ever need for an AI chatbot
It was actually m ChatGTP who recommended me using Rapls and also helped me to set it up. The plugin is very impressive and functional. The cost/benefit are great, as a one time payment will take you a long way. Everything works as expected and is surprisingly easy to set up. Highly recommended.
