Multivendor marketplace
Hello, Is this plugin works with Multivendor marketplace woocommerce+Dokan platform ? Does it supports following - ? Real-time shipping rates: Calculate shipping costs based on the seller's shipping origin and the buyer's destination, displaying the applicable rates during checkout. Shipping label generation: Allow sellers to generate and print shipping labels, obtain tracking numbers, and enable shipment tracking. Return labels: Support the creation of return labels where required. Digital and printable labels: You clarified that sellers should be able to generate digital labels and physical labels that can be printed at home or elsewhere. Seller-side functionality: Label creation should be available to sellers, not restricted to administrators. International shipping: You expect international shipping support, subject to carrier and country restrictions.

Une catastrophe
Le plugin est complètement buggé. La version précédente n'était pas idéale, mais au moins elle fonctionnait. Avec cette V2, Sendcloud a réussi à proposer un plugin qui ne fonctionne pas correctement. Désormais, oubliez les méthodes de livraison en point relais : il n'est plus possible de les créer depuis le back-office. Quant aux options du plugin... il n'y en a pratiquement plus. Bref, j'ai réinstallé la V1, mais le support m'indique qu'elle n'est désormais plus maintenue ni mise à jour. Je suis donc à la recherche d'une autre solution afin de me passer de Sendcloud.

SendCloud makes shipping easy
I'm very pleased with the automated functionalities of the plugin, when combined with the sendcloud local print application. Onboarding was a breeze with my accountmanager. Swift, timely and professional.

Outdated technology, poor plugin quality, terrible tech support
The Sendcloud plugin relies on outdated technology that is no longer supported by default in recent versions of WooCommerce. It communicates via the legacy v2 API which has been deprecated for years, and uses admin-ajax.php for continuous polling — an approach that dates back to 2006 and has long been superseded by better alternatives. In practice, this means the configuration page in wp-admin puts a heavy load on the server as long as it's open. In our case, this caused measurably high server load and 504 errors for shop visitors — on a server that was otherwise running fine. This is clearly visible in the server logs: 52.58.233.101 - - [23/Mar/2026:14:56:12 +0000] "POST /wp-json/wc-sendcloudshipping/v2/ integration?consumer_key=...&oauth_signature_method=HMAC-SHA256... HTTP/1.0" 504 4227 Every request from Sendcloud results in a 504 Gateway Timeout — caused by the server being overwhelmed by the plugin's own polling behaviour. Support offers no real solution and points to workarounds rather than acknowledging the underlying issue. For a paid shipping service used by many webshops, this level of technical quality is simply not acceptable.

Unreliable; loses connections, Unacceptable customer service
Avoid at all costs! I spent over an hour talking to someone who was handling multiple clients simultaneously and kept me waiting for hours. In the end, it turned out the problem was exactly as described at the beginning: I couldn't connect to Sendcloud! A response in a month!!! Bravo Sendcloud, what customer service!
