Worst Service
Delivered the order by my own guy. no help for integration and the technical team is super busy and the customer support team is having the script they wont go beyond the script. script says will arrange the call back from technical team but that call never comes also they will keep you on hold and after releasing the hold sorry sir seniors are busy ill arrange a call back

It works but disables other shipping methods
The plugin works but it disables the other shipping options. I need to have Free Shipping option and priority shipping option. But as soon as I enable shiprocket shipping calculator, it disables the Free Shipping method. This needs to be fixed but there is no support.

Worst In Delivery and Not Proper Customer Response
Instead of using Shiprocket we can use direct delivery for our orders, we are waited more than 7 days for order pickup but still no one ready to pickup or call to ask about the product. My orders cancelled due to having Shiprockt, better you can go with direct vendors that is the best idea. Honestly using shiprocket my business in loss.

Do not raccomend use - no support
The integration with woocommerce is impossible, the calculator does not work, the guides are incomprehensible and the assistance is completely absent. Save time and avoid this tool.

Good Service and Easy to use
I have been using shiprocket for a while now, hence I am writing the review. it is a great shipping app that helps you to integrate your website into its services. Live Pincode check. Multiple courier partners the customer gets to choose from. Timely pickup and delivery with a good documentation process. Shipping rates are sightly on the higher side. Overall a good service.
