The top promo bar is too annoying
The main issue I have with this plugin is an annoying promo bar asking me to leave a review. I tried to close that, but for some reason I get it again and again.

Shoppable Feed/Gallery Does Not Work
Issues on SNAPPPTs end result in feeds not populating. Contacted them and was told they will look in to it, been a week. No one has looked in to it. I'm not the only one with issues regarding their broken service and no support. The reviews speak for themselves. I recommend using another shop IG service.

Works great
okay! it is a talented plugin. Easily customize. Guy and other members are very helpful. I am a newbie. I follow there all steps. Like put the link on insta bio and make a shop option on my website. It works great with my woocommerce plugin.

Virtually no support
Good idea but useless without support. The plugin fails to keep the WooCommerce store connected to the Snapppt platform. Even after posting a support request there has been zero feedback from the dev team. Additionally we encounter the issue that product images are not pulled from the shop server. I guess we may have to abandon this plugin. Sad really since the idea and concept is fundamentally good.
