Guest Voting Shouldn’t Cost $169
As I write this review, I’m giving one star for a simple but serious reason. I can’t understand why any developer would expect people to pay an outrageous $169 just to unlock guest voting for visitors without a user account. That’s just wrong. If it’s my site, I should have full control over my data and let users vote or post freely. I tested the free version and honestly, it’s solid but disabling guest voting is a dealbreaker for me. That’s why I’m leaving one star.

An otherwise okay plugin, but entirely unsupported now
The development team hasn't been heard from for many months now, even for paid users it seems. There are some residual issues which really necessitate ongoing support to be able to recommend this plugin.

Regular updates would be appreciated
Hi, This plugin is good. We've purchased the pro version. However its been 6 months that you didn't update/improve it. It would be good to see regular updates especially after WP core updates. At 169 USD, we can't say this is a cheap plugin with yearly update ;-) Thank you for the good work.

Super simple to use
This plugin is great for creating user reviews, feedback, testimonials, and feature requests. Great documentation as well. Also, a great feature that in order to submit a new request users have to type in the search to prevent more requests than what's necessary to keep things as organized as possible.

Good start
We are currently looking for suggestion software and I truly wish you succeed down the line. Even though we probably pick up something else, here is my feedback: 1. The demo website is pretty slow, the loading spinner is irritating and makes it feel even more sluggish. 2. UX could be more fluid and consistent, for example when you tried to vote as a guest you get .js popup. 3. I have to agree with some of the issues mentioned in the 3-star review you got. What I like is the reasonable premium price, instant search and of course WP integration. User suggestions feedback SaaS apps are pretty expensive and I think you can make this plugin a vital extension of WordPress. Good luck!
