A good choice
We moved from Avatax to TaxCloud more than a year ago. The TaxCloud plugin is much faster and has caused less trouble. Their support is very responsive. The transition from Avatax wasn't seamless, but we did have some complexity in our situation and the support we received was fantastic. Highly recommended.

Painless Transition
Our company has recently switched to TaxCloud and it has been a painless transition. The extension in Chrome for QBO has provided peace of mind when dealing with taxes across multiple states. No more second guessing! One of the things that really stood out to me was the training during the transition. It was so thoughtfully designed and incredibly easy to follow. I never once felt overwhelmed, and it didn’t require being a computer wiz to understand. Lindsay was very clear, practical, and walked me through everything step by step. It made the whole process smooth, stress-free, and honestly one of the best training experiences I’ve had with a company.

Easy implementation
We are a smaller startup in the firearms industry and have only used one state where we've been doing all of the tax in house. As we grow we've started to worry about nexus in other states. TaxCloud was a great fit for us as it was a cheaper option to track nexus and potentially scale our tax team or compare to other larger (and expensive) services like Avalara. Implementation was nice and easy. We enjoyed working with the TaxCloud team and getting the website integration setup was quick.

Recommended for Compliance across multiple stores
I cant recommend this plugin and the tax cloud service enough. We've been using the TaxCloud plugin for WordPress to manage sales tax compliance for our catalog of over 70 stores. With nexus in 31 states, staying on top of varying tax rates and compliance requirements would otherwise require several full-time staff members. TaxCloud has been a game-changer for our business. The plugin is incredibly easy to set up, and once it's running, it seamlessly handles tax calculations, reporting, and compliance updates. We worry WAY less about managing complex tax regulations now, allowing us to focus on growing our business instead of hiring additional staff for tax compliance. What we appreciate most is how hands-off it is. Our team doesn't have time for additional maintenance. TaxCloud has saved us countless hours and has significantly reduced our overhead costs. If you're managing a large-scale operation or dealing with multi-state tax complexities, this plugin is a must-have.

Great service and reliable solution
We recently started integrating with taxcloud and have had a great experience so far.We had some trouble integrating with woocomerce but the support and development team were able to help very quickly. Looking forward to using the product more!
