Premium License Unusable
Just bought the premium version and the license they gave me is somehow already associated with another website, so I cannot even use it... No response from support.

Plug & play :-)I've tested this plugin on a few sites and can really recommend it.One thing I like in particular is that answers (can) include links to relevant pages/posts on the website which is something not all plugins manage.There is not complicated setup/installation and it's easy to customise the chatbot icon Drawbacks at the moment (state November 24): small bug in the backend menu implying that one setting is not showing correctly no batch selection of post/pages which makes it quite time consuming to add content on larger sites PDF search is in beta and needs improvement I am having issues one one site where the Chatbot doesn't show;When this is sorted out, I'll go for the pro version
