  • Must Use. Highly recommended!

I love this idea from the start. Wrote an article with detail step by step about "How to ask for support securely". The plugin was broken on WordPress version 4.8, but Drew fixed it within a day. Super cook, its a must have plugin.

  • Brilliant solution to a common problem

This plugin solves the common problem of temporary user accounts and the hassles associated with creating and managing them for support teams. It works as advertised and is developed by a solid developer. Highly recommended.
