Amazing Support
I've been using WP Team Pro for a few years, and it's been great. For the first time ever, I had a small problem, and I contacted support. Within a couple of hours, they replied to me with very concise, understandable, and friendly instructions to fix the issue. And best of all, they worked! You just don't get support like this any more, and I was so impressed.

Top Plugin
I screened several plugins when sourcing something for a particular function I had in mind and chose this one. I have the Pro version and it works really well and is easy to install and setup. I did need to raise a ticket, but only because I wasn't sure how to proceed with one aspect of the tool and I got a response in minutes and my issue was sorted!

First for me is the level of support, they respond super quick, screen shots on how to.... brilliant assistance. Great qty of display options, some clever segmentations etc. Highly recommend for large teams with different departments
