Great plugin and Amazing support
This plugin works a charm. Exactly what I needed and the support is second to none!! The Transcoder team even helped me sort out functionality of the plugin which was being affected by my bad website configurations. I would highly recommend this plugin for transcoding all your wordpress media content!!

These products never really work right
I have tried so many of this companies products and it is clear they do not have a testing strategy. They may go to market too fast because they clearly do not fully test their products in different scenarios. Even a base install of wordpress with nothing else installed and you still cannot get this transcoder to simply handle input of the license key. Not good.

No matter how we try to transcode our .mov video files (following the directions), it NEVER works.
