Non funziona
Una esperienza deludente. Il plugin è pieno di bug, la cosa più grave è che dopo un aggiornamento di WooCommerce si è creato un confitto con tutti gli altri sistemi di pagamento impedendo agli utenti di aprire in modo corretto la pagina del checkout e pagare. Oltre al problema di compatibilità, il sistema di generazione file "premium" funziona solo su alcuni PC altri no. Il sistema di gestione dei file non ha funzionato è mi ha creato un problema con il sito del ministero. Ho provato a farlo funzionare con il servizio di customer care che dovrebbe essere premium, ma non è stato in grado di risolvere i problemi. Tra l'altro per niente cordiale e poco professionale. Quando ho chiesto il refund mi ha chiuso il ticket dicendomi che non era possibile. Ho provato ha inviargli i log contenenti il report dei bug ma loro continuano a ignorarlo. Un servizio scadente.
