is a scam
Is not working, is a scam. After install it, the only message you will get is "The missing settings incompatibility with WooCommerce >= 9.9.3 is now fixed in WooCommerce Smart COD PRO, and we are actively working to bring compatibility to the free version as soon as possible."

Support disapeared or never existed
After buying the premium, and posted a thread on support forum, I got no answer nor on the forum nor by email. The first message was 2 months ago, and since then I tried several times contacting them. I am deeply disappointed
